How do I create the option for patients to upload electronic prescriptions?

Electronic prescriptions can be uploaded by a patient by adding a widget on a page. Using Webshop > Pages, go to the page on which you want to place the prescription form. Then add the “Prescription form” widget to the page. You don’t need to change anything else, the form is now in your webshop.
