Sharing management
Only a platform administrator can add companies to a sharing group. Please contact your platform administrator to modify sharing groups.
- You are a company manager: when you create a media file, it is automatically shared with all branches of your company.
- You are a branch manager: you can share a media file with the entire company via Media > Detail page media file > Sharing > Edit > Share with parent company
You can share a media file with another company via Media > Media file detail page > Sharing > Edit > Share with other companies. Here you will see all the sharing groups your company is a part of. Select which group you want to share the media file with.
Only a platform administrator can add companies to sharing groups that want to share content with each other. Please contact your platform administrator to manage your sharing groups.
