An overview of all users within your company can be seen via Company > Users. Here you see all registered users with name, email, branch and function.
- Via the search function: enter a term on which you want to search for the user. You can search by name, e-mail, branch and function.
- Via the filters: click on the filter symbol next to the search field. A field appears in which you can type a keyword/search phrase. You can also combine multiple filters from different search fields.
Only a platform administrator can change the user rights of users within your company. Please contact your platform administrator to change the user rights.

Go to the overview of all users within your company. Click on “Create user”. Next, enter the new user’s name, email, branch, position and password. Click “Create” to add the new user to the platform.
Go to the overview of all users within your company. Find the desired user via the search function or filters. You can see the detail page of a user by clicking on it. Here you have the possibility to change information about that user.
